We hope your September is going well. For IB 1 students just beginning this journey: the first few weeks of a new system may be overwhelming, but we’re sure you’re adjusting amazingly. IB is a 2 year journey, so take it day by day. For IB 2 students, in the whirlwind of IAs and university applications: it can feel like a lot, but you’re doing great and you’ve got more time than you think! Breathe!🌤
And… we’re here to help! This Sunday, Sep 20th, we’re hosting a FREE workshop + Q&A on Subject Tips and University Applications. We have limited spots so sign up quick! We can’t wait to meet you all.
Look after yourself and stay safe,
Imogen & Katie❤️

🎙Community Spotlight
The Secret Syllabus – Katie Tracy, IBlieve Co-Founder 🇵🇭
Katie has started The Secret Syllabus, a podcast co-hosted with Hannah Ashton! Katie interviews influential women, and they candidly discuss the college experience, diving into everything that isn’t on the syllabus. The podcast is created by The Female Quotient and iHeartMedia and produced by Wonder Media Network. Katie says:
“Only 2 years ago, I never would've dreamed of an opportunity like this. Growing up in the Philippines, a timezone 12 hours ahead, I felt distant, disconnected – even an inconvenience. I believed my location would limit what I dreamed of achieving.
This experience changed that. Since my first call with Nell Daly and Anna Blue, the FQ team has celebrated my story and challenged me to embrace it as a Southeast Asian woman who fought for the opportunity to pursue education abroad in America. It's a beautiful moment when you realize what you once believed was a weakness, is actually a strength – this, is exactly what we hope you too will experience when you listen to this podcast.”
Listen to their first episode, interviewing US Olympic soccer player Abby Wambach!
