🧠IBlieve's Best TOK Guide: Overviews, Essay, Exhibition, and more resources!

Happy Monday from IBlieve!
Can you believe it’s already the last week of January 2025? Time flies, and we’re here to encourage you that you’re doing great!
Yes, it may feel like work is piling up (and btw, there will always be more work to do!), but don’t forget to pause too and appreciate all the progress you have already made! Think about when you first started, and how much you’ve already learned in each IB subject, and how much progress you’ve made on your IAs and EE.
You may not see it now, but the truth is that you are growing so much in this time. Remember: it is often the challenging moments in life that shape our character and strengthen our perseverance. In this case, the challenge may be balancing the IB course load and developing new productivity and time management skills to adapt.
Whatever it is, remember to breathe and rest too! This is a journey, not a race. Every day, focus on making a bit of progress, and over the 2 years, your efforts will accumulate into something meaningful.
Believing in you,
Katie Tracy 🇵🇭
