🌟 Student Spotlight
We’re inviting new High School Ambassadors or IB graduates to write messages every week, so we can hear more student voices and IB experiences around the world. Today, we’ll hear from IBlieve tutor and writer, Regina!
Hi everyone! I hope that many of you are now more settled into the IB lifestyle. I’m not gonna sugarcoat it, but these next 2 years are not going to be easy. So, for this week, I’d like to give some pieces of advice on how to take care of yourself in the IB!
1. Talk to your support network regularly. A short chat with your friends or family about something that is not about the IB can really go a long way!
2. Get enough sleep. I always say this, but 6 hours is the magic number!
3. Take breaks and don’t beat yourself up about taking a breather. Breaks are important for your mental health. When you feel like you are starting to burn out, stop hustling. Enough said.
Good luck, take care and stay safe!
Regina
👋 See you next week!
