As IB students, we are no strangers to stress. At times we may even forget to take care of ourselves, form a physical and mental wellbeing perspective. For this reason, today’s newsletter focuses on wellbeing, productivity, and stress management 🧘.
With May 2025 exams almost beginning for our DP2 students, and the end of the school year approaching for our DP1 students, it is perfectly understandable that you are feeling stressed and under pressure. Read today’s newsletter as a reminder to take care of yourself!
