We are opening applications for both IB students AND graduates looking to join our initiative and take part in giving back to the IB community. You can access detailed role descriptions and apply at https://bit.ly/JoinIBlieve2022. Find more information also on our Instagram, with summary graphics of each of the open positions🙌
This is a really great chance to get experience with leadership, organisation, and teamwork, develop new skills, and meet a wonderful community from around the world.
Lead Roles
Our open Team Lead positions are…
Communications Lead - Work closely with our leadership team to send and innovate our newsletters (like this one right here!), organise our team’s documents and meeting notes, and manage our emails
Co-Social Media Lead - Oversee content creation and schedule across social media platforms including Instagram, strategise to increase reach and engagement, and proactively create new marketing campaigns
Co-Podcast Lead - Ideate and produce Season 2 of our podcast, IBlieve Talks
Team Member Roles
We also have Team Member positions open in Writing, Academic, Video, Events, and Social! These are great chances to work within a team:
to write Blog posts and articles
provide academic support in our community

🇮🇳 Akshin (M21), Events Lead - “I've been in the community since day one, and I couldn't hold myself back when the opportunity came. I joined IBlieve to be a part of the global mission we have - to make an impact, globally through events for students worldwide. It's the people which made it unique and I knew I had to join! I love my team, they're some of the most talented and incredible individuals I've known!”
🇮🇳 Vansh (M22), Operations Lead - “I joined IBlieve in July 2020 when I started DP1, hoping to simply help IBlieve fulfill its mission to support fellow IB students. However, since then, this community has become so much more for me. As one of the first HSAs of the community, I have friends now that our like my family and colleagues who support me like a mentor. If there'd be a highlight of my life for the past 2 years, it'll definitely be IBlieve. I've found my community, and I hope you'll find it here too.”
🇨🇦 Ada (M20), Tutoring Lead - “I wanted to give back to IB students! As an IB grad from a first-generation IB school, we were limited to the resources that we had access to. Now, IBlieve is the go-to resource for all IB students, regardless of their school’s experience with the IB.”
🇺🇸 Kat (M16), UI/ UX Designer - “IBlieve is a really welcoming community and I’m very passionate about working with the International Baccalaureate in the future. I thought there was a lack of support for IB alumni so I wanted to be a leader in that area.”
🇸🇬 Joseph (N20), Tutoring Lead - “Joining IBlieve allowed me to meet and work with IB grads from all over the world, with a collective passion to help students in any country with the IB program.”
🇸🇬 Vaishnavi (M22), Writing Team - “Being a part of this wholesome community has given me the opportunity to make life easier for IB students everywhere; which was the main reason I applied! This desire has since grown into some wonderful friendships that I will treasure for a long time!

We recently launched IBlieve’s first Impact Report! Since IBlieve started in June 2020, we’ve supported 100,000+ IB students across through an open and positive platform to give IB students resources and tips from IB graduates through its growing network of IB student alumni. This report details our international student-led nonprofit’s efforts, operations, and goals since we were founded.
