🚀 It’s finally here… IBlieve Impact Report!
We are so excited to be launching IBlieve’s first Impact Report! Since our launch in June 2020, IBlieve supported 100,000+ IB students across through an open and positive platform to give IB students resources and tips from IB graduates through its growing network of IB student alumni. This report details our international student-led nonprofit’s efforts, operations, and goals since we were founded.
👋 Meet IBlieve’s New Exec Directors!
Maitha and Wangari, current Podcast and External Outreach Leads, will be stepping up as IBlieve’s Co-Executive Directors! Katie and Imogen will continue as Advisors, supporting teams and leading new initiatives.
Meet Maitha, M21 Grad from the UAE! 🇦🇪
Hiya everyone! I’m Maitha, a first year student studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh, and previously IBlieve’s Podcast Lead. I’m super excited to take on this role with Wangari, get to know you all, and help IBlieve grow as a great creative supportive space for all students and grads. A little about myself; I’m a photographer and a badminton player; I was one of those people who took 4 HL subjects in the IB and managed to get through without dropping any of them. I’m a Harry Potter lover (Ravenclaw), and I’m definitely a fan of the books!!
Meet Wangari, N20 Grad from South Africa! 🇿🇦
Hi IBlievers! I’m Wangari, and I’m a first year studying Biochemistry at the University of Pennsylvania, and previously IBlieve’s External Outreach Lead. I just wanted to say how excited I am to be taking on this new role, learning, growing and getting to know you all better. I was born and grew up in South Africa, but my family is from Kenya. I have two sisters and two poodles. I’m interested in design, education and science and I enjoy playing netball.
